Rabbi Yitzchak said, Then, when everything shone together, the sea executed the supernal laws-NAMELY, THE COMMANDMENT TO DROWN THE EGYPTIANS AND SAVE YISRAEL - because those above and those below were given over to it. Therefore, we say THAT ADMINISTERING CHILDREN, LONGEVITY AND SUSTENANCE are as difficult before the Holy One, blessed be He, as the splitting of the Red Sea. And everybody says this.
