137. Rise, Rabbi Yesa, and establish the SIXTH Correction (formation). Rabbi Yesa rose and opened the discussion saying, "But my faithful love (Heb. Chesed) shall not depart from you" (Yeshayah 54:10), and: "But with everlasting faithful love (lit. 'Chesed of the world') will I have mercy on you" (Ibid. 8). These two verses are contradictory to each other, BECAUSE ONE SEEMS TO SAY, "SHALL NOT DEPART," INDICATING AN INFINITE TIME PERIOD. THE OTHER VERSE SAYS, "CHESED OF THE WORLD," WHICH MEANS IT APPLIES ONLY TO THE DAYS OF THE WORLD, WHICH ARE 6,000 YEARS.
